Archiving Policy

In line with its policy of supporting the dissemination of research findings, Anatolia Journal of Medical and Health Sciences is pleased to declare its archiving policy:

Digital Preservation

Digital preservation refers to the set of processes and activities that ensure long-term and continuous access to information stored in digital formats. The preservation policy includes the following measures: Authors or funding organizations may upload a copy of the accepted manuscript to archiving sites.

Website Archiving

All electronic content (website, articles, and processing files) is stored on different servers. The content on the main server is available online 24/7 and accessible to readers. A copy of the same content is backed up in two different sources. In case of server failure, the other sources are activated, and access to the website is restored within 24 hours.

Long-Term Preservation

The full texts of all articles are stored on platforms such as CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network (PN) to guarantee long-term digital preservation.

Author Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted and encouraged to publish their articles on personal and institutional websites after publication (provided that full bibliographic details and a link to the original publication are included).
Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based repositories. There is no embargo period, but the published source must be cited, and a link should be provided either to the journal homepage or to the article’s DOI.
• Authors can download the output of the article as a PDF document. Authors may share copies of the article with colleagues without any embargo. The Anatolia Journal of Medical and Health Sciences author license allows reuse for non-commercial purposes with attribution to the source (with a full citation). For commercial use, our policy requiring permission applies.
