Erken Taburculuğun Lohusaların Doğum Memnuniyetine ve Hastaneye Tekrar Başvuru Durumlarına Etkisi

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, erken taburculuğun lohusaların doğum memnuniyetine ve hastaneye tekrar başvuru durumlarına etkisini değerlendirmektir.
Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma, bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinin jinekoloji ve postpartum servislerinde yürütülmüş kesitsel türde bir çalışmadır. Çalışma grubunu, belirlenen araştırma kriterlerini karşılayan ve gönüllü olarak katılmayı kabul eden 122 lohusa oluşturmuştur. Veriler, Sosyo-Demografik Özellikler Tanıtım Formu, Normal ve Sezaryen Doğumda Anne Memnuniyetini Değerlendirme Ölçekleri kullanılarak toplanmış, 40. günde telefonla hastaneye yeniden başvuru durumu sorgulanmıştır. Tüm veriler SPSS for Windows 22.0 paket programında analiz edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Lohusaların ortalama taburculuk süresi 29,88 ± 10,37 saat olarak saptanmıştır. Taburculuk kararı vajinal doğumlarda çoğunlukla kadınların kendisi (%56), sezaryen doğumlarda ise hekimler (%48,6) tarafından verilmiştir. Anne memnuniyeti ortalama 152,18 ± 23,36 bulunmuş, taburculuk sonrası hastaneye yeniden başvuru oranı %39,6 (n=96) olarak belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analizde, taburculuk özellikleri ile memnuniyet düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmamıştır (p > 0,05).
Sonuç: Erken taburculuk genel olarak olumlu değerlendirilmiş, ancak belirli oranda yeniden başvuru gözlenmiştir.
